Application: The husks of cottonseed husks are mixed with straw, wheat bran and cottonseed cake for cattle feed pelleting line manufactruing.

It has three feeding ports in the cattle feed pelleting line mixer, one is the powder auger, the other is the grain particle crushing inlet, and the last one is large silo mixer, which is used to take the material from cyclone dust collector .

Cattle feed pellet manufacturing process

The mixed material lift to the buffer bin on the pellet mill machine, the adjustable-speed motor will control the adjust material discharge, the material particles goes through conditioner of pellet mill machine for manufacturing cattle feed pellet, the finished pellets lift up to cooling machine. The automatic feeding is realized by the quick-stop motor, the material level controller and the proximity switch. After the granule reaches the position of the material level device, the cooling machine will automatically discharge the material.
