Working Principle of Pellet Packing Machine

1. When the pellet packing machine enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding, the feeding device is fast, medium and slow.
2. When the weight of the material reaches the set value of fast feeding, stop the quick feed and keep the medium speed feed;
3. When the weight of the material is close to the final set value, it will be closed to feed the material, and when the material reaches the final set value, it will close the feeding door and complete the dynamic weighing process.
4. Whether the system testing clamp bag device in a state of reservation, after the bags have been clamping system signal control to open the weighing hopper discharge door, material into the bag, automatically shut down after it finished the discharging door of weighing hopper;
5. Release the bagging device after unloading, and the packaging bag automatically falls;
